Youth Bank Shumen aims to create a community of young philanthropy leaders that will develop the ideas and values of giving for the improvement of society.

Youth Bank Shumen stimulates and enhances civil participation of young people, builds youth leadership and suppodts innovative youth ideas. The Bank collects and distributes funds for youth projects. It is managed and operated by young people who provide grants for youth projects on the territory Shumen.
