To stimulate cooperation between citizens, local government and business in sustainable local development. To expand the opportunities for direct civic participation in local decision-making. To synergize financial and human resources in addressing local needs. To initiate, implement, and support specific programs and projects, which contribute to the development of the community. To stimulate the development of local philanthropy and revival of the giving traditions.
